Princess Pups started with a simple idea: dogs deserve to be treated like royalty while their humans are away. I'm a lifelong dog lover based in West Palm Beach, and I've been caring for dogs of every shape, size, and personality for years — from energetic puppies to gentle seniors.

Is there a meet-and-greet before booking?
Absolutely, and it's always free. Before your first stay, you'll meet Cassie (and see the home if you're boarding) so your dog is comfortable and everyone's on the same page.
What should I bring for a boarding stay?
Bring your dog's food, any medications, a favorite toy or blanket, a leash, and your vet's contact info. Cassie handles the rest — bowls, beds, treats, and endless cuddles.
Are you insured?
Yes. Princess Pups carries pet-sitter liability insurance for your peace of mind. Proof of coverage is available on request.
How do I pay?
Payment is due at the end of each stay (or visit) via Zelle, Venmo, or cash. For longer stays, a 25% deposit may be requested at booking.
Do you take intact males, senior dogs, or reactive dogs?
Case by case! Cassie handles a wide range of personalities and needs. A meet-and-greet helps us decide the best fit — sometimes house-sitting at your home is the right call instead of boarding.
